Summer Salad

 Good morning,

We've gotten into this salad thing this summer.  It's so easy and even fun to make these.  I cut up some lettuce, add a little dressing and toss it.  Then I add whatever I find as toppers and we feast. Prep time is no more than ten minutes.  Every time it's a little different, but always delicious.

What's your favorite quick summer meal?

I buy the bag of pre-fabricated salad and have the whole thing as a meal.

Hi Mark,
Yep, I have done the same thing when I am the only one who wants salad for a meal. :) It's quick and easy, isn't it, and it sure beats a tube of Pringles for nutrition - although those Pringles sure a good.
It's nice to see you.

What a wonderful salad! The freshly cut salads in my opinion taste so much better than the pre-fab ones! My favorite easy-prep summer meal would be tuna salad on crackers. Or egg salad if I already boiled eggs a day or so before!
