Good morning,
This is a fun post. We've long known that Kjell likes canned sardines in tomato sauce. Catherine and I always look for them when shopping, but we haven't found them locally for years.
While in Hawaii, Catherine found and bought one can of these to bring home to Kjell. He liked them so much that I looked on line and was able to order a case of them for him.
He is now in Sardines in Tomato Sauce heaven.

I like them too. I usually eat them by spreading them on hot, boiled potatoes.
Now, you've got me curious. My mother cooked them in soy sauce, sugar, and onions and served it with rice. I'll see if I can get a can of the sardines in Tomato sauce. Willing to give it a try.
