Catherine said she and Erica picked up this sweet treat from a vendor while they were out and about in Honolulu.
This is Hawaiian shaved ice with condensed milk topping.
Interesting combination (to me), but sure sounds yummy! Have you ever eaten this?

I don't care for shaved ice, but David loves it. We usually eat it without the milk.
