Gravlax ala Kjell

 Good morning,

Daddy's in the kitchen again!  :)

He cured raw salmon with salt, sugar, dill, and the very best ingredient:  cognac!

Marvelous! 

I published his recipe earlier here.  Back then he used Aquavit (Norwegian shooter) in place of cognac.  I think we all prefer cognac.  :)
