Immediate Occupancy
Immediate Occupancy - Small residence available on first come, first served basis. Lovely neighborhood, pond nearby, full time guard dogs, fly-in restaurant nearby. Pay no attention to the man with the camera; he is harmless.
I'm so glad your bird house is so popular! The one in the blog post is the one that was on the huge tree that came down in a storm last year. Fortunately, there were no occupants when the tree came down. Kjell makes these bird houses so sturdy that ours survived the fall and is back in service for more seasons. :) We don't have any more of them in the shop now, but the plans to build them are available.

That's my bird house!!! Mine is on a power line pole just outside my kitchen window and has never been at a loss for occupancy!
