Norwegian Christmas Season Meal

 Good morning,

Here's another version of a Norwegian Christmas meal.  We enjoy these foods year round, too!

What you see:  Pork cakes (meat balls) with home made sauce with onions, smashed peas, boiled potato with sour cream, sour kraut, carrots, and home made cranberry sauce.

This meal is a sure way to make your tummy happy!

:),

Lois

No wonder Norwegians live so long. They eat right!

Hi Holly!

Yes, I think you are so right! Good food and it certainly is warming on cold days.

I enjoy reading your blog, but have been unable to leave comments. :(
