The temperature got above freezing today, but it'll take several days of these temps to get rid of the snow and ice out there.
In the meantime, it was a bread day. Oh, yes, very good!
Spring is on the way. I'm sure of it. Yes, it really is. I believe it!

Beautiful loaves! Yes, spring is working under all that ice and snow and cold temps, ready, like it's name, to SPRING forth!
My wife came home with a loaf of sourdough last week that was simply DEEE-VINE! It was made by a friend. Your pics make me want more.
