Needlework and Wood Working Update - January, 2021

  Good morning!

Happy New Year!  We've all managed to get through 2020 and have high expectations for 2021 for health and happiness for everyone!

During the past month I've been extremely busy restocking the shop and adding new designs.  Above is a Scandinavian Intarsia Knit Hat that is a very stylish way to keep you warm!  $38.  More images and information here.

And, here's another in a different color scheme.  $38.  More images of the hat above here.  There are other colors and styles also available here.

I made this Large Stained Glass Afghan Blanket and it sold seven days after I listed it in the shop.  We have similar blankets in an assortment of colors here.  Prices vary by size.

I made a number of this style of cloche hat this month and several area already sold, however...

...there are many others available here.  Prices vary by design and fabric type.  This is a sample of available colors:

This was a big month for custom order Toilet Tissue Toppers, too.  I made and sold 16 of them for Covid-19 Survival Kits that were given as Christmas gifts.  These brought huge smiles.  Who would have guessed in 2019 that in 2020 Toilet Tissue Gift Bags would be a big deal!  I'm still smiling about this!

Kjell made this gorgeous carving entitled American Strength.  It is not yet in the shop, but I'm working on it.  We invite you to browse the large collection of available wood items here.

And, finally, Kjell had a fabulous time making this remote control tea dipper.  He's keeping this one.    Perhaps we'll get lucky and he'll make one for the shop, too.  Of course, every household needs one right?  ;)  Would you like to see it in action?  Here's his Facebook post featuring this nifty item.

That's what we've been doing during the past month.  Of course, we have other projects in the queue now, too, that will appear in next month's Update.

We sincerely appreciate your comments, likes, favorites, shares, and purchases, too!

All the very best for a wonderful 2021!

Lois
