My Honey cooked dinner again last night. This is the traditional Christmas Norwegian Pork Meat Cakes, sour kraut, peas, potatoes (baked with onions this time instead of boiled), and cranberry sauce.
We decided at Christmas that we needed to enjoy this meal many more times throughout the year.
