Work in Process - Shades of Turquoise Afghan Blanket

 Good morning,

Here's the current Work in Process.  It is a Shades of Turquoise Large Afghan Blanket.

Beyond the aqua will be turquoise that blends with the turquoise in the "flower," then a white border with scalloped edging.  I love working with a variety of color combinations.

I just edited this post to add this picture! Here it is finished!  I started this post after I took the first picture, then added to it as more was finished.  Now it was time to push the "publish" button. :)

More images and information are here.

So, now it's a finished item, not a WIP.  My new WIP is another Flower Garden Afghan Blanket.

What are you making, baking, growing this week?

All the best,

Lois

Your sense of color is just astounding. You are able to put together palettes that are so unusual and so beautiful.

Thank you so very much, Holly, for your kind words. :)

It’s amazing how one simple pattern can look so different when you use alternative colours
I’m busy knitting dishcloths as the weather is warming up and I don’t want to be under a huge Afghan
I’m trying new recipes from the keto range
I’ve just made keto donuts that are supposed to taste like the original krispy kreams

Wow, you've been busy Angela. Dish cloths are great all the time, aren't they. We can never have enough of them. Ooooh, donuts! ;) It all sounds wonderful.
