On the Waterfront - St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.

Good morning,

We took a walk along the old waterfront in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.
We could not have asked for a more beautiful day.  It was warm, not hot.  It was sunny, but breezy.
Across the bay is our Mother Ship, Freedom of the Seas.  I zoomed quite a bit to get this image.
Post card pretty!
The old part of the dockside has seen hundreds of years of activity.
I wonder what these old chains have seen.
Stay tuned for our walk along the dockside back to Freedom of the Seas and the pictures we took along the way.

All the best,
Lois

The water is so blue and beautiful. I'll always remember that the most from my trip there before.

We might be surprised to know what those "old chains" have seen! Nice shots.

Always intriguing to see the blend of the old and new. The waterfront must have looked very different all those years ago.
