Captain Toni is fantastic! He's new to Freedom of the Seas just a few weeks ago and has brought such a wonderful spirit to the ship. He is highly competent, of course, but also so much fun.
Here he has asked his senior officers and hotel personnel to wave turn and wave so everyone who wants to do so can take pictures.
