Fish Cakes - Fish Sandwich

Good morning,

It's time for a food post again.  ;)

My Honey made Norwegian fish cakes for dinner the other night.  Think meatballs, but with fish.  Of course, there are a few different ingredients, but it is essentially the same idea.  My Honey's fish cakes are delicious!

He also made caramelized onions...

...and I made fresh bread.

My honey eats this type of food as an open-faced sandwich, but I...

...stacked it all up in a sandwich.

We gave the whole thing a Cincinnati flavor with Frisch's Tartar Sauce.
