Tortoise - Brevard Zoo, Viera, Florida

Good morning,

I have a thing about turtles and tortoises.  This fellow is in the Brevard Zoo in Viera, Florida.
This guy was moving along slowly, of course.  If you look at the two images above carefully, you can see that he has moved - a little.  :)
I moved to get him from a different angle...
 ...and he was kind enough to hold that pose for me.

Wow - He "looks" huge - is he? It's kind of hard to tell from the photos, but I imagine he's pretty big.

And he held that pose for, oh, fifteen minutes. He would have held it longer, but he was in a hurry.
