While sitting in front of Krohn Conservatory on a park bench taking a break and reorganizing our camera equipment I spotted a gentleman walking toward us with a tripod strapped to his back, camera bag over his shoulder, and camera in hand.
"Look, Honey," I said, "here comes another one."
I'll so you mine if you show me yours!
The three of us were immediately in conversation about cameras when I stepped away and asked, "Mind if I take your picture? This will come to a blog near you...."
"Sure, no problem." And, they went about discussing their Canon cameras, settings, sunlight....
Photographers are such nice people, aren't they?

Programming Note: Since the above pictures were taken, we have been on the road again and have arrived on board Freedom of the Seas in Port Canaveral. While on board we only have our personal Internet connections with enough band width to upload images and get into most other blogs while we are in US ports. For now, that means on Sundays. I took lots of pictures on the way to Florida and will take lots of Freedom of the Seas and all the changes that were made while she was in dry dock. Blog posts will still be daily, but they will lag by a few days from the date the pictures are taken. Please stand by for some great pictures from the high seas. ;) -LAE

i like that: look, honey, there's another one! :)
It's fun to talk with other photographers and see kinds of equipment they use. Nice shots.
Oh Lois it doesn't seem like you get to spend much home time. But it is so nice that you get to be with your hubby. It's so much better than being alone. I hope you have a good trip and will be looking forward to your photos. Planning any crochet projects?
Love Di ♥
Lois, it's not on the road again, but off to sea again for you and your Honey. Where too this time? Looking forward to more great images from your travels.
Hi Everyone,
Yes, that was a very nice man. I wouldn't be surprised to run into him again somewhere when we are all taking pictures.
It's good to be back to Freedom of the Seas. She is more beautiful than ever after dry dock.
I have email 24/7, but am not able to upload images until Sunday. I'm working over the images I took on the way down here and will get some uploaded here on Sunday when I get a connection with enough band width.
Thank you, everyone, for stopping by.
Very best,
Lois
You've gotten some wonderful photos at the Krohn Conservatory. What a treasure to have in your city. Photographers are always ready to chat, aren't they? I'm looking forward to seeing your photos from this trip.
