Catherine prepared our excellent Christmas meal again this year. What's funny is the picture I got of her in the kitchen is of her opening a can. Those are orange sections she is adding to a salad.
The rest of the meal was NOT out of a can:
That's ham, scalloped potatoes, sweet potatoes (yes, we like potatoes), snap peas, and that salad in the center.
