Izumi Hibachi Dinner

 Good morning,

Today's images are courtesy of Catherine who sailed aboard Mariner of the Seas recently with her friend Erica.

They enjoyed a dinner at Izumi Hibachi Restaurant.  Kjell and I had also eaten there last Spring when we were aboard Mariner.

 Each time you go, the experience is a little different as your dinner is prepared for you at your table.

 Very, very fresh salad!  I swear Mariner must have a veggie garden on the top deck.

 The show goes on as your table chef tosses and catches utensils while preparing dinner. 

We found this restaurant quite loud since people at each table cheer and applaud as dinner is prepared.  It was all part of the fun!

Teddy's Beautiful Eyes

 Good morning,

Our friend Teddy has very distinctive eyes:  one is blue and one is brown.  This trait is within the breed standard for Border Collies.

Interestingly, his "sister" Tillie, also has the same trait, but her eye colors are versed left to right. 

Such a pretty pup!

Houston! We have landed!

Teddy Living the Good Life

 Good morning,

Ten year old Teddy thinks he lives here and that is just fine with us.

Teddy is here often when his Mom, our friend Erica, is traveling.  We would rather Teddy be here with us than in a kennel. waiting for his Mom to come home.

He is such a good dog.

This is the front of another shirt I gave to Kjell.  It is good to be married to an engineer. 

We have a good time with funny t-shirts.  In retirement, especially in the summer, t-shirts are our uniforms of the day.
