Good morning,
This is my favorite dessert at Portofino's Italian Restaurant aboard Freedom of the Seas.
There is just something about rich and creamy vanilla ice cream and very fresh berries that perfectly ends a meal. *sigh*
What is your favorite dessert?
Enjoy,
Lois

Captain's Corner
Good morning,
These couple of pictures were taken in the Pharaoh's Lounge where the Captain's Corner is held aboard Freedom of the Seas.
That event is toward the end of the cruise when guests can ask questions of the Captain, Chief Engineer, Staff Captain, Human Resources Manager, and Hotel Director all hosted by the Cruise Director. It is always a fast moving and fun hour when all of these people are in the same room at the same time.
I got there early and took this picture of the lounge before most of the audience had arrived.
More cruising fun!

Lest You Forget What Day It Is....
Good morning,
It is very easy to forget what day of the week it is when on a cruise.
This is the elevator carpet aboard Freedom of the Seas. Yes, it is changed daily. I've heard people say, "I wonder how they do that! I never see it...."
The answer is quite easy. At midnight the elevators go to deck one where the staff is waiting to change the days of the week. ;)
Enjoy,
Lois

St. Maarten Blues
Good morning,
Sometimes I fear I will use up all the blue in my camera....
These pictures of blue and that tug boat were taken in the harbor at St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies.
So pretty!

Stairways Between Decks 4 and 5 - Freedom of the Seas
Good morning,
I can't get enough of this scene. The last time we were on board, I took a picture here and used it as my header.
These winding stairways connect decks 4 and 5. This ship is gorgeous!
Enjoy,
Lois

Casino Art - Freedom of the Seas
Good morning,
This is casino art aboard Freedom of the Seas.
The theme of the casino is 1920's and these items are mounted above rows of slot machines.
I was in the casino on a port day when the casino was closed and lights were a little brighter to take these images. I'll see if I can get more casino images soon.
Enjoy,
Lois

Schooner Under Glass
Good morning,
This beautiful model of a schooner ship is approximately four feet tall.
It is safely displayed under glass aboard Freedom of the Seas.
There is a great deal of art on board and every time I think I've taken pictures of all of it, I find more. This is fun. :)
All the best,
Lois
