Sons of Norway Julefest (Christmas Party) - Edvard Grieg Lodge

Good morning,

It's fun to be home at Christmas.  Some years we are at sea celebrating with other friends there so we miss these events at home.
That handsome man who shows up in so many of my pictures happened to be helping himself to some punch.  No, it's not spiked at these events.  ;)

The event was held in a member's church.
Wearing the colors of the season is also wearing the colors of the University of Cincinnati.  ;)
There were craft projects for the children...
...and beautiful tables set for our dinner and program.
There's that handsome man in the blue shirt again.  ;)
I stopped taking pictures when the food was served.  We had a Norwegian meal of meatballs, corn, and potatoes plus plenty of desserts.  Yum!

Until next year, this was fun with Sons of Norway friends.

All the best,
Lois

It would be nice to travel, but it's nice to be home for the holidays, too.
