Dog Club Christmas Party

Good morning,

We attended the Christmas Party for our local AKC dog club, the Queen City Dog Training Club.  That's our daughter, Catherine, in the center, black pants and shirt, with her back to the camera.

This is what the dog club looks like when the dogs aren't here and the humans are preparing for good food and times together.  This year 140 members of the club came to the Christmas party.
Generally, agility or other dog training equipment is set up in this area.
The club is beautiful.  This is the original part of the building that the club built several years ago.  Just his past year, they doubled the space by adding another building attached through that garage-style door on the right.

Again this year our friend Erica is President, our daughter Catherine is Treasurer.  We admire them both for all the work they do to make this place so much fun for the dogs and the humans.
Sadly, the last picture isn't very clear, but it is still fun.  This Christmas display is made up of dog gates used for dog shows.

Oh, and for a door prize, I won one of those poinsettias.  Very nice!

Lois
