Funky Five

Good morning,

Is this nice or what?  ;)  That 14 up there is the winner!
It paid for the paint job to fix the vandalism on our car with some after-tax cash left over to share some with our daughter and to enjoy elsewhere.
Doesn't that look just wonderful?  :)

We are so happy to have our Edge back after the "keying" vandalism was fixed so beautifully by our friend Robbie at Oops Collision.

Of course, we already had the car in for repairs before we won the scratch prize, but isn't it just nice that we got a little boost to make us feel better about it?

It's a lovely day.  I hope your day is so good.

Very best,
Lois

COngrats Lois! Just goes to show that nice things DO happen to good folks, like yourself. It's nice that the payoff was enough to pay for the repairs And to have enough left over to share and to have some fun too. GOOD for You!

I should say!! You hit the jackpot! or at least enough to fix the paint! I've only bought 2 lottery tickets in my life. Both times I paid a dollar for the ticket and won a dollar...so I came out even. lol...debbie

Wow, how cool is that? Good for you. They did a great job on your car. Isn't it fun to win something one in awhile?

Some people deserve their luck. Sounds like you were singled out to win and did a good job with the cash. It looks nice to me.

Oh so happy for you it turned out this beautiful. Keying vandalism is unfortunately all over the world known. What can we do about it?
Hope your week will be good too.xx

Good morning,

Yes, it was really fun to win that lottery money. Although we were having the car fixed anyway, it seems so sweet to win enough to cover the repairs and have some left over.

Now I'm glad I throw the losing tickets we have in a box to use to reduce the tax gain.

We've been having problems with blogger publishing comments this morning. I went into "help" and found I am not the only one so some of you may be experiencing the same. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. Such faith I have, huh!

Thank you, everyone, for stopping by. I really enjoy reading your blogs, too.

Very best,
Lois
