South to Miami

Good morning,

Yes!  We are on a road trip!

We left Freedom of the Seas in Port Canaveral to go South to Miami for a business meeting.  We will be off of Freedom for one week.

We passed Palm Bay...
...and made our first stop at Vero Beach Outlet Mall.  We often stop here when in Florida because we like the selection of stores.
Back on the road we passed through Ft. Lauderale and a huge of...
..."bowl of concrete spaghetti."
Delta was arriving in Ft. Lauderdale at the same time we were arriving.
Then we spent some time in one of the world's longest parking lots known at I-95.
Yep, all those cars up there are going just about 20 mph.
Then the traffic flow opened up...
 ...and we made our way...
 ...to Miami.
These are familiar signs we saw for the six years we sailed out of the Port of Miami.

This time, though, we are on the way to Coconut Grove.

More to come!

Lois
