Sailboats in the Afternoon Sun

Good morning,

One sunny afternoon I spotted these three sailboats literally frolicking in the wind near St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies.
They appeared to dance and play as they raced, stopped, talked, and raced again.  I watched them for nearly an hour until they sailed off into the afternoon sun.
What a beautiful sight.

Enjoy!

Lois

What a neat post. . . but then that is what I have come to expect from you!!! With all the cold, the snow and the icy roads and sidewalks, this post is a breath of fresh air!

There is something really fun about seeing Sail Boats zipping to and fro in the water. The sky and water are soooo pretty and blue...I'll take a partial blue sky day...debbie

They found a perfect way to while away a sunny day, and fun for you to be able to watch them.

Good morning,

This was an exceptionally beautiful day. Whatever the weather, though, it is always fun to stand on the deck and just watch and appreciate the views out there.

Thank you so much, everyone, for stopping by.

Very best,
Lois
