Magnolia Blossoms

Good morning,

For the past couple of weeks every day or so I have taken images of the magnolia tree that graces the front of our home.  The images are a record the blossoms as they developed from buds to full bloom.

This beautiful tree was here when I moved into this home 31 years ago.

The images tell their own story.

Absolutely gorgeous......... We went to the flea markets today and I was so in awe of the beautiful magnolia trees I saw along the way. JD owes me two dogwood trees for the yard (long story) I am thinking perhaps I can throw in a magnolia to cover the interest in it taking him so long to get the dogwoods...lol

Have a Blessed Easter!

Thank you so much Jo and Granny.

We are on the northernmost border of where magnolias will survive winters in the Northern Hemisphere. We are so happy to be able to have this one and its blossoms to enjoy each Spring.

How pretty! Enjoyed the series! The folks at the end of our lane have one and it's blooming now. So pretty. Everytime I take photos of the blossoms they come out fuzzy. Have a wonderful Easter Sunday!...debbie

I imagine it to be a very beautiful in full bloom. It must be very large. We planted one but the Deer keep munching on it in the winter!
Have a Joyful Easter, Lois.
