Fitness Center - Freedom of the Seas

Good morning,

I haven't shared pictures of the fitness center for awhile.  Above is a full size boxing ring aboard Freedom of the Seas.
The fitness center includes everything you find at the most complete shore side center...
...with all the best equipment.

This is where you can exercise while you enjoy the view from Deck 11, Forward.

I purposely came to take pictures in the early evening while there were very few people here.
After all of the posts about food lately, I figured I should show a way to work some of it off.  ;)   Good plan?

;),
Lois

...and do you use any of these lovely torture devices, Lois? :) One certainly has many to choose from!

I don't get that kind of view while working out at the local Y!

My, is there anything they "DON'T" have on that ship? That's pretty nice.

Hmmm! I only saw four people working out, even with the view. The rest of the people are enjoying their indulgences!? It is a vacation.

Hi everyone,

I avoid those torture devices, Wanda. :) The reason you don't see many people in the Fitness Center is because it is dinner time. People are eating so they can come work out later. ;)

Thank you so much, everyone, for stopping by.

Very best,
Lois

Wow! One can find everything they need here. However I would be the first one to admit that I wouldn't be using the fitness center, I would be too busy laying in the sunshine! Its great to have such a nice center though for those who do have fitness routines. Hmmm...maybe it wouldn't hurt me to try out a machine or two...

Hmmm, how long would you have to work out to work off one of those fabulous shipboard meals.....

I'm gradually trying to catch up on blog reading after our jaunt to my grandson's graduation. We've had a couple of overcast days so that makes it a little easier, but it's always hard to keep up this time of year. I enjoyed seeing all the many wonderful food options you have on board and I loved the views from the cable cars.
