A Week's Worth of Towel Critters

Good morning,

I've featured cruise ship towel art from time to time, but today I have a whole week's worth at one time.  These critters were made by our stateroom attendant, Marvin.  It seems the bat above has bad eyesight because he is borrowing my computer glasses.
Does anyone know what this critter is supposed to be?  I think he's some sort of a cartoon character, but maybe you have a better idea.
 Lobster!  Yum!
A muscle-bound monkey?  Any other ideas?
Ah, the crock ate my TV remote!
And, finally, on the last night we came back from dinner and found two swans waiting for us.  So sweet.

This is such a fun part of cruising.

Enjoy!

Lois

Hello Lois
Towel Art is fun - like you we often wondered what would be waiting on the bed. Bit disappointed this time - our steward didn't seem to that good at this sort of thing. Wonder if they have classes at all - wonder if the stewards who are good at it don't pass on the secrets?
I am thinking about the second one - the one you weren't sure of - could it be an Otter lying on his back?
Take care
Cathy

Good morning,

Yes, the towel art is always fun. Not only do the stateroom attendants teach each other, there is a special part of a show in one of the lounges where guests get a chance to learn from the expert stateroom attendants. Also, there is a demo on the Royal Promenade during the cruise where you can learn to make towel critters.

If you would like to take one home, mini versions of towel critters are available in the gift shop. They are all sewn together, of course, so they won't come apart when you take them home.

This cruise was so much fun! Thank you, everyone, for stopping by.

Very best,
Lois

That is cool. When I was on a cruise I got heart chocolates. I am sure you did as well. That was a delight for me every day.

Well that is great from your room
attendant.

You never know what you open the door to see. Did you.

I like the swans as I am a real romaticist person when I am on the love Cruise I call it with my husband.

Oh letting out secrets, not really. Married 51 years. After those many years. We are just blessed we have these years of health.

I am still the Meow of his life.

I got my own teeth and he has is.

What do you think I was going to say.

Thanks for sharing your towel twisters.

I guessed them all right on.
