Good morning,
Back in our days at sea, we went ashore almost every week in St. Thomas, USVI, to a dockside hut restaurant to enjoy their "wings." Their wings were actually thighs that were grilled just outside the hut. Here's my post about it with pictures from August, 2012.
I did make a change to the preparation, this week though. I prepared the chicken thighs in the oven since it was so darned hot outside.
