I survived yesterday's fruit diet with no problems at all. In fact, I felt quite good at the end of the day without eating heavy foods throughout the day.
So today it's a mini sandwich lunch. Those are my small pieces of bread, cream cheese, home made cranberry sauce, and some honey drizzled over it all to make a mini sandwich for lunch. It was yummy. In fact, in a little neater form those would be great to serve as appetizers, too, but these days due to Covid-19 we aren't having guests.
I'll have a regular meal tonight including protein.
Tomorrow I plan on eating regular meals again. Eating light for a few days has been terrific.
