Good morning,
For Don's birthday dinner I made Crusty Herb Flat Bread per Catherine's request. Catherine made the rest of the grilled lamb and steak dinner. We had something for everyone's tastes.
The egg bread dough included garlic (or course), thyme, and oregano.
After the first rise I pressed it into a greased square baking dish, cut slits with a sharp knife...
...then brushed it with whipped egg to produce the shiny, crust.
It was yummy!
