Cincinnati Skyline

Good morning,

There's that handsome man who turns up in so many of my pictures!
We arrived early to meet friends for lunch so I was able to snap a few pictures of the Cincinnati skyline from the Kentucky side of the river.
There is plenty of construction going on, of course.  It's that time of the year.
This has to be one lucky tree.  Most of the trees have been removed along this section of the riverbank so that the skyline of Cincinnati is visible to restaurant patrons.  This beautiful tree managed to keep its special place along the river.

All the best,
Lois

Nice shots. Ironic that trees are removed to enhance a view.

Beautiful pics! I was just watching one of those shows on HGTV today about a couple looking for a house in that area. They were arguing about whether they wanted to live in Ohio or Kentucky. The wife won in the end and they bought a house in Kentucky!

We have never travelled to Ohio, Lois, but the views you showed were beautiful and what a great day you had for the outing and lunching with friends. Sad about the trees that were taken down.

The Cincinnati skyline has some similarities to the Hartford skyline.
