Happy Mother's Day and Casino Royale

Good morning,

Happy Mother's Day!  I hope all of the Moms out there are having a wonderful day being waited on by the members of your family that you wait on all the other days of the year.  ;)  Enjoy!

I lost my mom in 1985 and still think of her every day.  If you still have a Mom you can hug today, you are so very lucky.

Recently I published some images of the Casino Royale aboard Freedom of the Seas when the casino was closed.  I did that because I didn't want to catch anyone in the casino in my images.
When the casino is closed, of course, the lights are off - at least most of them!
On this particular morning I happened to walk through here when it was very early, lights were on, and no one had arrived quite yet.
Look, Catherine!  Look what is here. ;)
I walked through the casino from the forward part of the ship to the aft part of the ship.
By the time I turned around and came back, there were plenty of people in here so I didn't take any more images.
In addition to slots, there are plenty of tables.
Such fun!

All the best,
Lois

Happy Mother's Day! I wouldn't mind playing the slots today! That would be a great Mother's Day gift to myself! ;)

Looks like that might be the most expensive part of the ship to pass the time, but still it's amazing that you found it empty, even very early in the morning. Happy Mother's Day, Lois!
