Windmills in St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies

Good morning,

These six windmills are new here in St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies, since we were here last April.  They were all in operation when I took the pictures.
In this image without the zoom I used in the first image, you can see where the wind mills are located in the commercial part of the seaport.

How cool!

Interesting! I was hoping for the old fashioned kind of windmills; but technology must progress with the times.

Interesting looking windmills. Have never seen anything quite like them!
