Cooking Demo - Freedom of the Seas

Good morning,

One of the best things about cruising is the world class food.
It is great fun when the chefs share their tricks of the trade with the guests!
This is a cooking demonstration being held in The Plaza Bar aboard Freedom of the Seas.
The chefs are making crab cakes today and the BEST part is that...
...they share what they have made with everyone in the audience for a taste test.

Yum!

I wonder if they used "Old Bay" seasoning in their crab cakes? It is a seasoning made here at McCormicks in Baltimore, MD and a must have for all Maryland seafood.

I've been aboard Freedom of the Seas and at that very same spot! I love to cruise! I never attended any of the cooking demos though. Wish I had.

You get to participate in some very fun events on the ship. I'd really enjoy going to demo like that.
