Labadee Pathways

Good morning,

Here are a few more images of one of our walks at the Port of Labadee, Haiti.  These stone paths make it very easy to get around to see the sights and get plenty of pictures on the island.
When we first came to this port more than 20 years ago, the paths were much more primitive sand and stone.

There are many places to stop and rest.  This spot provides a wonderful view of the ship below.
This path along the shoreline provides glorious views of the sea.
There's that handsome man with a camera again who appears in so many of my images.  ;)
Ahead is the area where weddings are preformed.  I featured images of this area in an earlier post.
As we turned to go back to the ship...
 ...these gorgeous views jumped...
 into our cameras.

This is a truly beautiful, peaceful place.

All the best,
Lois

Hello Lois
I'm enjoying your photos more and each day - Blue skies, warm sunshine, little cloud, looks like a nice place to visit.
How ever did you manage to find a spot with no other visitors in the way?
Take care

Nice,

My wife and I were at Labadee about 20 years ago and it was fun but as you say, not as built up as it is now. Nice to see that RC is investing in their facilities.
