More Stairway Artwork - Freedom of the Seas

Good morning,

Every time we return to Freedom of the Seas I find something I haven't caught with my camera before.
The entire ship is an art museum.
And, the stairways themselves are art.  This set of stairways is between decks 4 and 5 in the aft part of the ship.  I've taken pictures of this before.  It is hard to pass here with a camera without taking more pictures!
This lovely stairway is between decks 4 and 5 between the Royal Promenade and the Photo Gallery.
The guest stairways all have artwork that is quite beautiful.

All the best,
Lois

Good morning,

Yes, it is very pretty out here, but it can get rough, too. Last night and the night before were very rough at sea. On a ship this large we can go through quite awhile without feeling much of anything - in fact, My Honey and I usually don't even notice when the ship moves and others mention it. But, the last two nights were very different. Lots of action out here!

Thanks for stopping by and your kind comments.

All the best,
Lois

The decorators for the ship have done a fantastic job. I really love the stairways. The cruise we took had some rough water and I got seasick very quickly. Fortunately I came prepared with patches that saved the day for me.

Wow, that is just fantastic images of architecture, design and art!
Wish I could visit one of the many ships we get here in the summer.
Or perhaps I should start to save up money for a different holiday, somewhere nice and warm....
I am dreaming..... but it might be possible....

Great photos! It looks as though some of the art was upgraded with the Oasis theme "Wonders of the World", particularly in the staircase landings.

Can't wait to sail in 19 days.
