We had this Norwegian-type snack of shrimp boiled in salt water on bread with mayonnaise.
Yes, it's delicious! It reminds me of when we bought shrimp on the dockside in Oslo and sat on a park bench to eat it. We had plenty of competition from the sea gulls trying to steal our shrimp!
