Catherine's Chicken Tortilla

Good morning,

Catherine made white chicken chili recently that worked very well to make chicken tortillas.

It's good to have a daughter who likes to cook!

I'm not a fan of Mexican food, but this was good.

I'd love to make that! Any recipe? I'm a big fan of Mexican food but alas... there is none in Japan.

Hi Tanya,

The recipe for the White Chili is one that my daughter makes. I'll send her over here to see if she has a link or the recipe itself. ;)

It's nice to see you, Tanya. I just love your blog!

Found it in a Sam's flyer. I like it because I can throw everything in overnight and it's ready in the morning. I substitute canned corn for the frozen and diced onions for the onion powder.

Works great with tacos and loaded nachos!
