Christmas Village

 Good morning,

We are so enjoying the holidays aboard Freedom of the Seas.  The decorations grew every day during the days leading up to Christmas and New Years.
Today's series of images are from the Christmas Village display outside the Windjammer restaurant.
I've taken some overview images of this huge display and some close ups of the magnificent detail.

The display is the artwork of the ship's culinary team.

And, here are all of the Culinary Team members who contributed to this fabulous holiday display.

The two weeks before Christmas this display grew as the team made and displayed it.

Enjoy!

 Lois

Happy New Year!

I was thinking that your cruise ship must have been a pretty cool place to welcome a new year. The kitchen crew did yeoman work in decorating the place.

Have a fine adventure in this new year!

Such beautiful decorations and you can just see how much work went into all of it.

Wonderful culinary artistry! You get to enjoy such wonderful decorations and don't have to do any of the work--not a bad way to go!
