Ohio Barns

Good morning,

Here are some images from another of our mini road trips in Southern Ohio.
Some of these barns are hard to capture while My Honey is traveling at 70 mph.  ;)
But, I managed to get this one this time.
Sometimes I'm not so lucky and just get a blur...

...or I try to snap too many too fast and the last one ends up of my knees.  ;)
But, it all pays off when I can get some good shots.
See that home up there?  That is the one where I keep trying to get a good shot of the cookhouse with the matching roof.  Today, to add even more interest there's a school bus in the picture.  *sigh*
This has been a fun drive.  It's always a challenge to get some different views into my camera.

I hope you've enjoyed riding along with us.

All the best,
Lois

Your pics turned out great moving so fast. I just cannot do it...have to be at a stand still!

Nice barns and when your husband was going 70 mph, is that breaking the law, lol.

Yes I did enjoy the journey with you those barns are amazing. We don't get barns that look like that here.

Barns are so different and almost non-existent here, so I am always fascinate by these huge structures!

It's the same with me when Grenville is driving, although sometimes he will slow down if we are on a back road and no one is tailgating us. And, there is a certain challenge to shooting from the car window while it's moving, I agree, Lois.

I so enjoyed sharing your drive...am always on the lookout, too, for barns to photograph.

And I guess we've all photographed our knees at some point...lol!

I'm a drive by shooter too when hubby is driving. He doesn't want to stop but will try to slow down a bit. He just laughs at me. :) Good shots. I like that old brick farm house (with the bus).

Great capture of some of those barns. I liked the one for the Ohio Centennial. It is hard to take pictures from a moving car.
