Life at the Cemetery

Good morning,

I've posted quite a few images from Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio, and most of them have been about people who are buried here.

The cemetery also has activities for those of us who are still alive.  There are tours of the graves of famous Cincinnatians buried here as well as the botanical gardens of the cemetery.
And, wild life enjoy the cemetery, too.
These geese were not disturbed by our walking nearby.
They have found so much to enjoy here:  food,
water, and very little noise from the neighbors.

A beautiful place.

Lovely place, but I'm not crazy about lots of geese because of what they leave behind--I experienced too much of that in a place where I used to live in Mississippi. Yuck.

Cemeteries are always so peaceful. Still I'm in no hurry to become a resident there yet. Lovely photos.

Those geese look very healthy, so they must be thriving there.

Wow on what Wanda said. What a coincidence! Who can blame the Geese, it's such a beautifully peaceful resting place. Love Di ♥

A very lovely cemetery. When I was young I was always afraid of going to a cemetery for some reason but as I got older realized that it is a peaceful place. The fountain is beautiful.

I must say I love your new header! I have not visited in a while. I am a fan of labs.

The cemetery looks like a very peaceful place. Those geese look rather large to me. But maybe it is just the way they look in the photos. Beautiful pics.
