Giant White Hibiscus

Good morning,

These are giant White Hibiscus.  At least they looked white when I took the pictures, but when I downloaded them, I realized they are a very delicate pink.
I would love it if they were in my garden, but they are not.
They are at the edge of someone's garden, right at the sidewalk where I could stand over them to get these images.  So, I brought them home in my camera to share with you.

So very pretty.

Enjoy,
Lois

One of my favorite things about my morning walks is looking at everyone elses flowers. I see so many sizes, shapes and varieties. I keep threatening to bring my camera along with me.

Beautiful!! I planted a red hibiscus this year--in a pot because for some reason they don't like our long cold winters.

Lois, when my sister and I were little we would pick the huge Hibiscus blooms and take off the stems and turn them up-side down and made skirts out of them for our little plastic dolls!! Mom had white and dark pink!...debbie

*confused*

Hibiscus is a bush? Not a lily?

And they are gorgeous! We have been seeing them everywhere here, but never where I can take a picture. I have been meaning to put some in my yard, also.
