Jeremiah Morrow Bridge

Good morning,

Once again, these images are courtesy of our daughter, Catherine, who was shooting these images from a kayak on the Little Miami River in Southern Ohio.
This is the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge, the tallest in the State of Ohio.
There is a great deal of information about the bridge.  This link is from Wikipedia.
Thank you, Catherine, for sharing your images.

Tomorrow Catherine's images will take us back to the Little Miami River level for a continuation of her kayak trip.

Enjoy!

Lois

She does pretty good taking pictures from a kayak.

Is this the one that goes from Ohio into Kentucky? If it is, it sure looks different from this vantage point!

Hi,

Yes, it sure is a high one! In fact, it's the tallest in Ohio. This is not the bridge between Ohio and Kentucky. It just so happens that we were out with cameras again and I have pictures of that bridge coming with other pictures of downtown Cincinnati.

Thanks for stopping by. :)

Hi Lois, Amazing how high this bridge is. Your daughter had a gorgeous day for photography. I will look forward to the other photos.

I so appreciate your visits/kind comments to my blog. Your friendship through blogging is a blessing. Have a great weekend.

It's interesting that Catherine took these images with an underwater Canon Powershot camera. It takes great pics above water level, too!

Thanks so much, everyone, for stopping by and for your kind comments.

Very best,
Lois

Spectacular images!!! Did you hear since 9/11 it's illegal to take photos of bridges from underneath? I'm sure it's a myth tho. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to see these beauties!!

With the Tropical Storm threat, this is the first chance I have to catch up on those that stopped by to visit me the past couple of days. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment for me: much appreciated!!!
