Horses

Good morning,

We haven't been on the road enough lately (that's a joke for you regular readers) so we took a ride on a state highway in Ohio where we could see a little more than we can see from the expressway.
Sure enough, we got some wonderful photo ops!  Check out that Clydesdale!
I drove this time so My Honey could take some pictures for a change.
I pulled off the side of the road and he got out to take pictures.  I stayed in the car and shot from the driver's seat through the open window on the passenger side of the car.  I'm delighted with the images I got that way with my baby camera!
This is the lovely home on this horse boarding farm, image through windshield.

Isn't country living beautiful!

Enjoy,
Lois

Beautiful pictures. The first time I ever saw a Clydesdale up close was in my early childhood and I was totally awed at their size.

You got some very nice photos from what looks to be around Lexington, Kentucky.

Pepper Jax is doing well. He has recovered from his visit to the vet and the shots he got have not seemed to be a bother to him.

Thanks for your visit and comments on my blog.

Don't you love Ohio? Three major cities, and you can hop in the car and find places like this. Gorgeous horses, houses, countryside . . .

Beautiful scenery. You just can't beat the backroads, and even better to have a driver so you can take photos. My hubby isn't a photographer so, lucky me, I always get to be the one shooting the photos.
