Catherine has been working her magic in the kitchen again. This weekend she prepared fabulous omelets for lunch and Norwegian Waffles with cherry filling and whipped cream for dessert.
Also, not pictured, there was bacon, fresh tomatoes, and goetta. *sigh* All so good!
Needless to say, we only needed one meal that day!
I think Catherine missed her calling as chef.
