Work in Process This Week - Cotton Dish Cloths

 Good morning,

I recently made a set of extra large, double thick pot holders for the shop.

Now I'm working on a variety of different stitches to make dish cloths that are also marvelous wash cloths.  There are plenty of patterns available to make these, but I enjoy making up my own patterns.  I like lots of texture and a generous size.

It's fun to have these little projects between the big projects.  I just may keep these dish/wash cloths for myself.  :)

What are you making, baking, growing this week?

Lois

Your work is always so impeccable and so fresh and pretty. I am making more rosaries this week, and decorating for fall. Do you make the dishcloths in seasonal colors too for your shop?

Thank you, Holly, for your very kind words. You're right, I'm missing an opportunity to put some seasonable wash cloths in the shop. I'm sure I have the right colors. I'll have to get to work! Your rosaries sound beautiful. I see them in your Etsy shop. :)

Yes they are greqt for working on between bigger projects or even as a break from one
Sometimes you just need a quick project so that you feel like you have achieved something
