Hi Mark,Gravlaks is fresh raw salmon cured with sugar, salt, and cognac (can also use Norwegian Aquavit) cured in the fridge for three days (turn daily) with a little dill and pepper to taste. There's a link to the recipe with directions in the blog post above.Enjoy!Lois
