I just love it when My Honey cooks.
He made Bacalao this week. This is a treat we enjoyed on board the ships when made by our Norwegian friends. It's a fish soup/stew and it is so very tasty!
I like the way Kjell makes this dish better than any other I've had. It is generally made with a salt fish. Kjell made his with cod that had not been salted and the result is so much better. We could actually taste the fish and other ingredients without being overwhelmed by a tremendous amount of salt.
