Healthy BLT or Spinach Salad or Both?

Good morning,

For a healthy salad dinner I used the ingredients for a BLT (sans bread) with spinach, added egg, and strawberries for dessert all in one bowl. 

It was fabulously delicious!  The diet continues. 

Between the two of us, My Honey and I have lost more than 60 pounds since May.  That's just about the same weight as Penny, one of our Labrador Retrievers.  Looking at it that way, it sure was a whole lot of us to carry around!

The salad looks delicious, Lois, and congrats to you bith on that weight loss. We are also changing our lifestyle and eating and while we also have lost, about 25 combined pounds. It's hard at times and must be more so for you when at sea with all thise temptations.

That looks inviting. Good for both of you! My doctor told me he wished I'd lose weight. I told him if I gave up chocolate and wine, I would lose weight. I did cut down on both, but give up??? Not happening.

Wow! I'm impressed. I'd love to lose about 30 pounds. And look what a wonderful meal you had. I just need more stick-to-it-ive-ness! It looks like you guys have got it!
