Healthy BLT or Spinach Salad or Both?
For a healthy salad dinner I used the ingredients for a BLT (sans bread) with spinach, added egg, and strawberries for dessert all in one bowl.
It was fabulously delicious! The diet continues.
Between the two of us, My Honey and I have lost more than 60 pounds since May. That's just about the same weight as Penny, one of our Labrador Retrievers. Looking at it that way, it sure was a whole lot of us to carry around!
