Signs of Spring

Good morning,

There are rays of sun on our garden this afternoon so I went out in search of some (any!) evidence that Spring would be here eventually.

I found some iris sending up some new leaves and the ground cover getting a head start on warm weather.
The magnolia buds are all fuzzy and getting larger.  We'll miss their beautiful pink blooms this year, but will be home in time for the iris blooms.
Of course, the moss is green most of the year.  It looked quite pretty in the sun light.

If you live where the winters are cold I hope you can find at least a few signs of Spring, too.

All the best,
Lois

It's nice to see reminders of better times to come.

That is very promising Lois. So nice to see when we are buried under the snow. It always makes me hopeful. I hope a sudden cold spell doesn't spoil it there.

Lois, I was surprised to see these signs of spring here today. I thought that Cincinnati would also have received snow from recent storms.

I have irises trying to peep through, too, and the lilacs have buds, too.
