Canoe at the Zoo

Good morning,

OK, I know they are kayaks, but that doesn't rhyme with my title.  ;)

As we walked around the Brevard Zoo we saw visitors in kayaks often.

We finally came across...
...the canoe dock where you can rent your own and tour the zoo by water.

I never got an answer from the people working there when I asked if there could be alligators in the water here.  ;)

Enjoy,
Lois

Oh, if only it could be warm enough for paddling! Never got an answer to your question? What does that tell you! I'm from Florida - born and raised - so I know the state has plenty of gators, and not just in Gainesville! One of my cousins wants to bring a couple of baby alligators to our property in Alabama to take care of the beaver population. . . I hope he doesn't! I don't like what beavers do but I don't want them tortured to death! I'm rambling again!

Beautiful pic, and don't ask questions that you don't want answers to.

Looks like a pleasant way to see the zoo, but I'd be wanting an answer to the alligator question too before I ventured out on the water!

That seems like a good idea.
